**Job Description: **
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team and help maintain the exterior of our dealership. This is a daytime outdoor position that requires physical stamina and a solid work ethic. As a Groundskeeper you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dealership grounds are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
**Key Responsibilities: **
1. **Litter Control: ** Regularly patrol the premises to pick up trash, debris, and litter, maintaining a clean and tidy appearance at all times.
2. **Seasonal Tasks: ** Assist with seasonal tasks, such as snow removal in the winter and leaf removal in the fall.
3. **In-frequent Tasks: ** Clean exterior dealership windows once a month.
**Qualifications: **
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
