However, you can purchase add-ons for a more thorough cleaning, such as, deep clean removal of mildew, removal of food out the refrigerator, cabinets, hardwood floor polishing, grout cleaning, cleaning interior windows, baseboards, and junk removal services. These add-ons will add costs to the overall move-out cleaning price. Cleaning prices are ranked as light, medium or heavy cleaning and size of resident.
